Daily Discovery - Well I Done Got Over It by Guitar Slim. Killer R&B at its finest from 1953. Specialty records was a Gospel, R&B, Blues, Doowop label out of Los Angeles. Specialty was started in the late 1940's and went on to release music all the way into the 1980's.
Daily Find – Late Summer Love by Grand Prixs – Rare Doowop
Daily Discovery - Later Summer Love by Grand Prixs. Extremely Rare Los Angeles Doowop on the Poncho label. As far as I know it was the only release on Poncho. Released in 1963 at the tail end of the Doowop era but epitomizes the classic Doowop sound. The flip side "No Good Woman" is more of a Doowop transitional Soul record, as Soul music was on the cusp of coming into the foreground.
